Aubrey has been at Inde Credit since 2024. He previously worked at Prudential Life Assurance and as an Associate Wealth Consultant with the deVere Group in Zambia. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Lusaka and a Diploma in Banking and Finance.

Benjamin has spent his career in the mining and financial sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from the Copperbelt University, where he is also currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance.

Chawanzi has extensive work experience in credit and risk from both bank and non-bank financial institutions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance from the Copperbelt University.

Chipasha has experience in data analysis and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Cavendish University, Zambia.

He is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance at the University of Zambia.

Karen joined Inde Credit in 2024. She has over five years experience as a sales person in agriculture, specializing in sales of inputs of poultry and crop chemicals.

Nicolas has experience in strategy consulting from The Boston Consulting Group as well as development finance and financial inclusion from The World Bank Group. He is an alumnus of HEC Montreal and holds an MBA specialised in international strategy and new business generation.

Peter has over a decade of experience in enterprise development. He has worked with development and management of Kukula Capital portfolio companies since 2014 and has led Inde since establishing its operations in 2016. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies from the University of Zambia and is currently pursuing a Master of Management in Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creations at Wits Business School.

Petronella has a decade of experience as a Financial and Management Accountant and has held positions in brewing, real estate, and manufacturing industries. She holds a degree in Management Accounting awarded by CIMA.

Valerie joined Inde Credit in 2024. She has extensive experience in collections and recoveries within the telecommunications and consumer finance industries. Valerie is certified in credit and debt management backed by a professional diploma from Evelyn Hone College.

William has been with Inde Credit since 2023. He has spent his career in commercial and corporate banking having worked at Sevington Capital LTD, Access Bank, Investrust Bank, and UBA.
William holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture Economics from the University of Zambia and is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance from University of Lusaka.
